BACKGROUND:. Mr. Aycock is a third generation Texas lawyer. His grandfather  William Pannill (1876-1948)
after reading law, admission to the Texas Bar in 1898 and practicing law in Erath County, Texas until 1902, served as
Erath County Attorney from 1902 to 1906, Erath County District Attorney from 1915 to 1918, first Chief Justice of the 11th
Court of Civil Appeals sitting at Eastland, Texas (now the 11th Court of Appeals) from 1925 to 1928, Division Attorney of
the Ohio Oil Company in Houston, Texas from 1937  to 1942 and after retirement practiced law in Ft. Worth, Texas until his
death (see Texas Bar Journal, Vol XII,  No. 2 at 92-93). His father E. G. Aycock (1909-1968; LLB University of Texas School
of Law, Class of 1933) established his practice in Ft. Worth, Texas representing Texas taxing authorities (such as the
State of Texas and Texas Counties and School Districts) and independent oil operators until his death (see Texas Bar
Journal, Vol 31, No. 8 at 795). Since receiving his LLB from the University of Texas and admission to the Texas Bar in
1967, Mr. Aycock has maintained his principal office and conducted his civil litigation practice in Houston.  Mr. Aycock

LITIGATION EXPERIENCE:

Property Taxes: Represented Harris County property owners in protests of value determination by Harris County Appraisal District and appeals to District
Court from Appraisal District value appraisals resulting in substantial reductions of appraised value of residential properties (No 200047398, 152nd District
Court, Harris County, Texas; No 200248536, 280th District Court, Harris County, Texas; No 200400022, 215th District Court, Harris County, Texas; No
200561828, 281st District Court, Harris County, Texas)

Gas Royalties: Represented 127 royalty owners resulting in collection of  over Nine Million Dollars from major oil company in settlement of claims for
damages for underpayments of gas royalties, as Lead Counsel in State Court trial, Bankruptcy Court hearings and related Federal appeal, with major New
Orleans law firm as lead counsel in State Court appeal and settlement negotiations (No. 80-09559, 281st District Court; Harris County, Texas, No. 42382, 42383
& 42384, District Court, LaFourche Parish, Louisiana, No. CA/0043,44,45/90C, Louisiana lst Circuit Court of Appeal, No. 87-13-20142, US Bankruptcy Court and
No. 89 CIV. 5566, US District Court, Southern District of New York, No. 90-5071, 81 BR 820, US Court of Appeals, 2d Circuit). This was an extremely complicated
and labor intensive class action case involving very complex legal and factual issues. This case was very expensive to develop and certain of the royalty
owners were financially able and willing to advance the funds necessary to pay litigation  expenses. The actual damages sought were the royalty owners'
share of the market value of the gas taken by the oil company from wells in which the royalty owners had interests. The royalty owners received the full
amount of the settlement less 1/3 of full amount in attorneys fees + approximately $250,000.00 in litigation expenses. Obviously, such results cannot be
obtained and should not be expected in every case.

Fieldwide Drainage: Represented 145 royalty owners as lead counsel resulting in collection of  Three and ½ Million Dollars from major oil company in
settlement of claims for damages for fieldwide drainage (No. G-82-102, United States District Court, Southern District of Texas). This was an extremely
complicated and labor intensive class action case involving very complex legal and factual issues. This case was very expensive to develop and certain of the
royalty owners were financially able and willing to advance the funds necessary to pay litigation  Expense. The actual damages sought were the royalty
owners' share of the oil and gas which would in the opinion of the royalty owners consultants have been produced by a prudent operator from wells in which
the royalty owners' had interests. The royalty owners received full amount of the settlement less 1/3 of full amount in attorneys fees + approximately
$200,000.00 in litigation expenses. Obviously, such results cannot be obtained and should not be expected in every case

Unitization: Represented group of royalty owners in Unitization proceeding involving major Texas multi pay oil and associated gas field (Docket No. 3-85,302,
Texas Railroad Commission)

Override Washout: Represented royalty owner claiming damages against major oil company for washout of override in major unitized oil and associated

resulting in a substantial benefit to the claimants. Hourly attorneys fees were sought and awarded by the court on the basis of a substantial benefit conferred
on the class by the performance of the services. Obviously, such results cannot be obtained and should not be expected in every case
